Thank you for choosing our software to run your ministry!  You have successfully setup your personal account in the EasyMinistryApp portal for the purpose of selecting your subscription package (EasyYouth or EasyChurch) and activating the 3 Month Free Trial Period.

We are excited to give you ample opportunity over the next 3 months, at no cost, to experience every feature of the app to better manage and analyze the life of your ministry. We know you will be as pleased with the EasyMinistryApp as we are!

What Now?
Over the next 24 business hours our Support Team will set up your private database (on a HIPPA approved Microsoft/Azure server) and create login credentials for the main Admin of your EasyMinistryApp.

Once completed, you will receive an email from Info@easyministryapps.com via the email address you provided during the check-out process.  This email will contain a link to the URL of your EasyMinistryApp, along with your login credentials. Please check your spam if you have not received this email within 24 business hours. To change your email address, log in to your EasyMinistryApps.com Account.

Payment Process.
Once the Free Trial Period has ended, the full price of the package you selected (EasyYouth or EasyChurch) will be charged to the credit card on file in your Account based on the payment plan you selected (monthly or annually). This charge is nonrefundable.  All future payments will automatically be charged to the card on file based on the payment plan you selected (monthly or annually).  To change the card on file, log in to your EasyMinistryApps.com Account.

Managing Your Subscription.
To manage your Subscription, go to the EasyMinistryApps.com Portal and log into your Account and click on “Subscriptions”.  From here you will be able to upgrade/cancel packages, make payments, change your card on file, and augment your package by selecting “Add on Features” such as Storage, Direct Messaging, and EasyDisciples.

How to Cancel Your Subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time during the Free Trial Period at no cost to you by logging in to your EasyMinistryApps.com Account. After the free trial period has ended, you can cancel your package subscription at any time without a refund.
