At first, I designed an Attendance Tool…so we could continue to track our youth attendance and monitor the “life” of our ministry. Little by little, I just kept adding on tools to give us more and more functionality to better manage our youth ministry. We gave our entire Leadership team the ability to access the app. We then gave parents access to do online Liability forms (what a relief that was!). That was when we realized we were on to something awesome that every youth ministry or organization could benefit from!
